RETURNS POLICY & INFORMATION-
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind, you will be able to return any full priced item/s for a refund.
Items that are purchased using a discount code or during a sitewide sale are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
All sale items from our sale collection are tagged as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for a return or exchange. However, faulty items deemed faulty by our team, can be returned once our customer service team have been notified at allaboutava.onlineboutique@gmail.com
Please note, a $10.00 shipping fee will be incurred if any sale items are returned without prior approval to cover the cost of shipping the item back to you.
Our return period is 28 days from delivery date. We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the timeframe.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached, void of any make up or odors / scents.
To obtain a refund or store credit, please email allaboutava.onlineboutique@gmail.com and notify our team members of your intention to return, together with your proof of purchase. We will not be able to process a refund or store credit unless prior approval has been obtained first by one of our team members.
Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse located in Brisbane before the refund or store credit can be processed.
